Total refurbishment of a 120m² house for a two-kids family. The house is by the Mediterranean sea shore. The sea, its breeze and the dominant wind direction determine the two gestures that define the project. The existing volume is extended towards the Sea framing the view and a multi-function furniture is placed following the wind and breeze direction favouring cross ventilation and its climatic benefits.
