Refurbishment of a 90m² apartment. The main space is cleared, expanded and opened towards the views of the near Mediterranean sea. The new corner window allows better views and blurs the boundaries between inside and outside connecting the living space with the terrace. The new layout enforces cross ventilation utilising the sea breeze for clima control.
